โข Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
โข Partner with Plant HR teams to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, employee data management, performance processes, and HR compliance, while maintaining centralised oversight and data integrity
โข Support talent management initiatives including workforce planning coordination, succession tracking, capability development inputs, and employee engagement initiatives
โข Ensure compliance with organisational policies, statutory requirements, and audit frameworks related to employee data, documentation, and HR processes.
โข Maintain and monitor organisation-wide HR MIS, analytics, and reporting to support leadership decision-making and statutory/management requirements.
โข Act as a liaison between Business Heads, Plant HR, and Corporate leadership to drive alignment of HR priorities with organizational goals.
